What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is the email address you provide when you sign up for UAD 3.6 mandate updates via the form on the home page. No account is created. No password is stored. No other fields are collected.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. Netlify's privacy policy governs how they store that data. We access submissions through the Netlify dashboard to send update emails manually or via an email service we configure. We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise transfer your email address to any third party.
What we use it for
Your email address is used for one purpose only: to send you factual updates about UAD 3.6 implementation. We send these only when something material moves. We do not send marketing email, promotional content, or third-party offers.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not store personally identifiable information. No cookie banner is required. You can read Plausible's data policy at plausible.io.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of your email address from our records, contact us at privacy@quiqnest.com. We will remove it within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. We will not retroactively reduce your privacy rights.
